The UB.com affiliate program originally launched on the Income Access platform back in 2002 when the brand was known as Ultimate Bet. Since that time they have merged with Absolute Poker to form the Cereus network and have since centralized their in-house affiliate programs to form Chipleader.

Affiliates promoting CPA at UB will earn $125 for every player they refer who deposits $30 and plays 100 raked hands in cash games. Tournament rake does not count towards the UB CPA clearance. This is an important distinction as you will not be credited the CPA for players who receive transfers from friends, build a bankroll via freerolls, or never play cash games.

Revenue-share affiliates start out at 30% for any depositing players. As with any affiliate program, bonuses and transaction fees are deducted from MGR. Rakeback affiliates at UB earn 35% revenue share with the standard 30% rakeback rate. Unlike most rakeback rooms UB does not process rakeback payments on their affiliate's behalf. UB is the stronger of the two brands on the Cereus Poker network (with the other being Absolute). If your website is aggressively targeting North American traffic then UB is a must-promote. UB.com is one of the original online poker sites, dating all the way back to 2001 (they offered play money games as early as 1999). In 2008, they joined the Cereus Network and are now the 9th ranked poker site in terms of real money cash games. They are also the 3rd largest site -- behind only PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker -- to offer their games to USA players. They average 3,000 real money players during peak times, which is generally around 03:30 GMT. This is quite late compared to many other sites and is due to their strong North American presence. Players will find most of their activity at the No Limit Hold'em tables, but there is also healthy action at Fixed Limit Hold'em, Pot Limit Omaha, Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo and Stud (Hi and Hi/Lo). The sign-up bonus at UB.com is 111% up to $1100 and clears at a rate of 20 Status Points per $1 of bonus money. Status Points are earned when a contribution to the pot has been made and the player sees a flop. The amount of Status Points that are earned will be dependent upon the stake levels being played. Generally, players will clear the sign-up bonus at a 15%-25% rakeback equivalent rate. Bonuses are released in $5 increments and expire after 60 days. Reload bonuses are usually offered every couple of months at UB.com. When players move up in status levels at UB.com, they will be eligible to clear future reload bonuses at a rate as low as 17 Ultimate Points per $1 of bonus.

Players that sign-up through a Poker Affiliate Solutions powered website will also be eligible for 30% rakeback, based on the contributed calculation method. Rakeback will be paid on the 15th of every month for the previous month's play. Bonuses are deducted from MGR, meaning that players will receive 10%-20% in extra rakeback when combining bonuses with rakeback. UB.com also deducts processing fees against MGR for USA players due to the high cost of accepting USA players. Loyalty Points are also deducted from MGR at a $0.01 per LP rate when they are used in the store, for tournament buy-in and cash exchanges. Echecks, Usemywallet, Visa, Mastercard and Electron are all payment methods that USA players can use. Credit card options have very low success rates, however. UB.com also offers money transfer services where players can send money locally. To withdraw, a USA player will have to use a bank wire, bank transfer, Usemywallet or checks, which usually cost $8 by mail or $25 by courier. Payment methods for non-USA players include Neteller, Click2pay, Moneybookers, Visa, Mastercard, Instadebit and others, including many region-specific options.
