Pokerview Affiliate Program Review
PokeView recently moved to the Merge Gaming Network and also removed their well-known webcam tables. So is there a reason to promote the room now that they have lost a lot of their identity? We think so, primarily because the room seems to be committed to the U.S. market as long as Merge Gaming allows them to. In addition to allowing Americans to play, PokerView boasts about superior player retention and fast payments.
PokerView no longer offers rakeback to players, but affiliates can still promote a VIP Program that yields up to 45% in VIP rakeback. In addition, the room offers $4 million in guaranteed tournaments and sees over 2,000 real money players during peak times.
PAS publishers can receive one of two commission plans at PokerView: 40% revenue-share and $100 CPA. In order to qualify for a CPA sign-up, your referred player must generate $40 or more in rake. PokerView provides affiliates with two major reasons to promote them: friendliness to players worldwide and a new EU license, not to mention the ability to play on a Mac. On this basis, we believe that PokerView has a perfect spot on your online poker sites.
Pokerview Room Review
PokerView is one of the newest sites to move to the Merge Gaming, a network that accepts players from the USA. The Merge Network is a medium to medium large site and are ranked 10th overall in real money traffic. They are currently the most popular site/network to accept players from the USA. On most days, their peak traffic is over 2,000 players, with around 1,300 players playing on average during the whole day. As expected, most of the games are at No Limit Hold'em, but there is also light activity at the Fixed Limit Hold'em and Pot Limit Omaha tables. They also offer tables in the following games: Pot Limit Hold'em, Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo (PL, NL and FL), Stud (PL and Limit Hi, Hi/Lo and Razz) and 5 Card Draw (PL, FL), as well as many variations of mixed games. Sit N Gos are quite popular at PokerView. Most of the tables are at No Limit Hold'em, but they also offer limited Sit N Gos at Fixed Limit Hold'em, Pot Limit Hold'em, PL Omaha and Limit Omaha. For multi-table tournament players, Carbon Poker offers over $4 million a month in guaranteed tournaments, including the $100,000 guaranteed held each Sunday.
PokerView offers players a sign-up bonus of 150% up to $750. To clear the bonus, players must earn 75 VIP Point per $1 of bonus money. VIP Points are earned at a rate of 10 per $1 of contributed rake or tournament fees. Players will earn the equivalent of 13% rakeback when clearing the bonus. Bonuses release in $5 increments and expire after 90 days after the bonus is claimed. In addition to the sign-up bonus, players that hit a Royal Flush can receive a prize of 100x the big blind up to $1,000 for achieving the highest hand in poker.
When PokerView moved to Merge Gaming, they stopped offering rakeback to new sign-ups. In the place of rakeback, PokerView allows players to exchange VIP Points for cash that yields up to 45% in rakeback equivalent. The rate at which players can exchange VIP Points for cash will vary by the VIP status level that each player achieves, which is determined by VIP Points earned over the month. Players receive up to 35% in daily cash rebates and 10% from VIP exchanges. Platinum VIP players -- those who rake $2,500 or more in a month -- will also receive access to a personal VIP Host. VIP players will also receive access to a VIP Monthly up to $3,000.
Players from the US who wish to deposit can deposit with Visa and echecks. Under special circumstances, players can also use Click2pay. Players have the option to withdraw via check but there is a $15 fee assessed. Non-US players have a large selection of additional options including Neteller, Moneybookers, Click2pay, Ecocard, ClickandBuy, Paysafecard, Entropay, Instadebit, Giropay and Netcents.
