Public campaing/Private campaign information

I have talked about this already with Seb some week or two ago, I just write it here too.

It is kind of important information for publisher to know, if his link at particular pokerroom is public (used by many publishers) and needs the player to put his data in the form in order to make him tracked under the publisher, or if the campaign is private for publisher and player will be tracked to him no matter what, even if player will not put his data in the form.

If a publisher has more sites and many rooms, it is not so easy to remember the rooms where he has private links already and where he uses public links. This will help to make publishers better oriented in this.

At least I will be happy if this could be done and I will not need to bother Sebastian everytime I am not sure
