Balance - Total, Available and "FTP,AP+UB Balance"

Hello!

Is it possible to add one row in the list of balances? There is balance and available balance, but the balance is not whole moved to available balance on 10th of the following month because of some amount blocked because of AP, UB and FTP problems. Is it possible to show there also this "blocked ballance", so publisher knows exactly how much it makes? I think this will not need a lot of work.

Now those ballances from AP, UB and FTP just confuse publishers as who know, when this will go to available balance, if ever, although FTP seems to have some hope in the comming months.

There is another thing regarding balance and cashouts that maks me kind of worry. I have talked about it in London with Sebastian already, but I came to some sollution that may make things better probably.

Cashouts now last too long at PAS, very long, which is bad. I have my own savings, so this cashflow problems does not make me so much worried, but it does not make good image for PAS in the eyes of new potencial clients and it may also cause some cashflow problems to publishers that have to pay for their editors, design or whatewer.

Now, publisher has to wait for his balance to became available until 10th day of the following month. For December comissions I had to wait until 10th January to be able to set cashout. I waited and made cashout on 10th January. But since that time I was still not paid. It is February now and I dont have even Decembers comission, which means I already wait for more then one whole calendar month and money were still not paid.

I am not angry, I can wait for them and I know I will get them, as PAS has my full trust and I know you will pay it. But...Is it really so absolutly necessary to let publishers wait for their money so, so long? There are pokerrooms I receive money on the first day of the following month. On third day. Or sometimes even weekly for previous week. There are some "bad" pokerrooms that pay in 3 weeks for example, which looked in my eyes pretty bad, but even that is now faster then PAS.

So, this is really something I thing PAS should look into, because it may cause losing new customers, who start and test PAS if it is good partner they can trust - they dont know you as publishers working with you for months or years. They are waiting for their first earned cent every minute, and if they see they are not paid even the whole following month...you know, try to look at it from their point of view, it just means finished partnership before it even started.

I know you can not pay money earlier you receive them from pokerroom. And as I have written earlier, some pokerrooms send money faster, some slower, some maybe never (we will see if that blocked balance from FTP AP and UP will sometimes be paid, but that is not your fault and is not what I want to mention here).

So, why must PAS always take the service of the worst pokerroom? That is not good way to solve this in my opinion. Publisher maybe earns $2,000 with pokerroom that sends money to PAS on the 5th day, it is in the balance on 10th, but PAS does not send the payment, because there is also another pokerroom, where publisher earned maybe $10 and that has not send it, so PAS waits month to be able to send $2010 in one bulk.

If you ask me, rather send me those $2,000 imediatelly and put those $10 in ballance you are still waiting for and make me available to withdraw it later. It has not sence to give all the comission as available on the 10th, if it is not really available. Just add some row like "Balance we are still waiting to be paid by pokerroom".

Dont let one or two irresponsible pokerroom to sabotage good service and good name of PAS. It is not your fault, its their fault. So let the real sinners to be punished by the anger of publishers, dont let this pokerroom to make publishers punish you.

If I will know which pokerrooms pays you so slowly (then also me slowly), I will simply punish them and not promote them so hard as i do promote other, responsible pokerrooms who pay always on time.

Please consider this, as these payments problems harm you and and also publishers where it is not necessary.

What I think is acceptable is wait until 10th day of the following month to be able to make withdrawall and then until 7 days (not bussiness, just 7 days, normal week) to send the payment to publishers. That must be enough. Sending money in Skrill is question of seconds, sending money from Skrill to pokerroom and then send them to player are seconds too. So 7 days must be enough if pokerrooms will pay until 10th. And those who dont - just let publishers to consider if they want to promote those.

...maybe if that time I have written about - waiting till 10th day to have balance available and 7 days for sending money is too short, then maybe balance should be done available later, if it is not "really available". I think available balance really should be ready for withdrawal in 7 days, because that si time people usually take as not extra long, because they remember they requested cashout. Maybe you can make balance available for publishers on 14th and then pay in 7 days. But thats just my suggestion, I dont see in the accountants background so much, this is just my point of view from publishers position.
