    why can not I get email when member send a question via my site

    Hi Rakelable,

    Do you mean you're not getting a notification when someone sends in a support ticket?

    If so, you'll need to go into your PAS control panel, click 'Profile', and make sure you have the Email Notifications checked.

    yes.I have not changed them, and they are switched on,but i not get email notification support ticket,member register,tracker register etc.

    Email notifications are not working at the moment, I can confirm that aswell.

    Small update: We've identified the problem and re-queued the failed mailer tasks. The notifications/emails should be appropriately dispatched after it has finished processing the backlog, which should be sometime early this afternoon.
