Coral Poker transfers are made within 10 business days. If this was the 12th, this payment would be made by the 29th. Note that this Thursday and Friday are company holidays.

    total of 15 days.maybe...

So he has to wait for the whole of November to get the bonuses in October??!!!
shocking, I do not even know that some would be the affiliate who is so slow, other affiliate pay about three days, sometimes under 24 hours.

I think the players flee to another affiliate after this.

You guys indeed need to do something about your "processing times" as we have been receiving complaint after complaing about how long members need to wait for their payments and how slow the service is and how much faster it is with other affiliates etc... It was already not ideal before and now you have even extended the processing days instead of making them shorter.

Thanks for your comments, guys. I'll make sure that these get passed on to management.

    Hey guys,

Thanks for your patience. A couple updates from accounting:

--All Coral Poker payments will be made today. As you know, this was a new payment method available for this first time on November 10th. Due to a small system glitch related to player currencies, there has been a delay processing these payments. We don't foresee these payments taking as long going forward.

--Note that Moneybookers, Carbon and Cake Poker transfers are some of our faster methods.

--Regarding PAS processing times: Generally speaking, processing times are a reflection of general industry processing times. We are able to facilitate payments as the operators make payments to us, the affiliate. Since we do not receive the affiliate payment until up to 30 days after the end of a period (i.e. October earnings are sometimes not paid until Nov 30th), this limits our ability to expedite the player or publisher payment. Oftentimes we pay the player or publisher prior to actually receiving the funds from the operator, and make one convenient payment, which is part of the benefit in working with PAS.
