after hitting submit says 'support is offline cannot submit' or similar

Also could someone from PAS please let me know if Arthur is okay? I really need his help and he's unfortunately been offline this week. Or if any PAS technical developer is available please could he add me to Skype, mine is chris.harvey.poker.
