More withdrawal options for users

Hi!

I was asked by one of our players for something I think has some logic (he has not moneybookers). Majority of pokerrooms rakeback is paid on pokerroom accounts.

Is it possible to add those withdrawal options for users? That would be the most natural, as they do play at those rooms, so they would be able to withdraw those money.

FullTilt was probably the most used option, as near every player had account there, but that is past now. Maybe Party Poker should also be added, if possible, as PartyPoker is the site, that took on FTPs previous position...
