Default Few Qs on PAS' CMS and SEO

Got a few noob questions wrt to PAS' own CMS relating to SEO and uploading content:

    - When hosting our full domain with PAS' CMS - does this replace the entire backend of the site, hence we no longer need Wordpress?
    - Can I delete my HostGator subscription now that I'm hosting my entire site with PAS' CMS?
    - Will using PAS' CMS place any limits on the site's ability rank on Google vs. using Wordpress or Joomla?
    - Can we still freely post very regular (3-4 articles per day) content such as poker strategy articles with PAS' CMS like you do with WP for our site?
    - How easy is it to add an opt-in form as a pop up for first time vistiors?
    - How easy is it to integrate Aweber's sign up form and its various functions with PAS' CMS?

    Thanks!

    Hi KK,

Someone may be better able to answer the SEO-specific question, but for the rest:

Any domain or subdomain that is hosted by PAS has its own backend. So, if you had domainA, WP blog, and subdomain B, PAS site, you would actually have 2 separate backends - 1 for WP and the other for the PAS control panel.

In regards to Hostgator, if you're hosting your entire site with PAS, then separate hosting isn't strictly necessary. However, please keep in mind that the ONLY thing we host is PAS sites, so if you ever want a forum, a WP/Joomla site, image gallery, etc - other hosting will be necessary.

Articles are posted through the News Management section of the control panel, not the CMS. You can certainly use it to post as many articles as you like, but it is definitely not as fully featured as WP if that's what you're looking for.

Adding an opt-in form with javascript or html shouldn't be difficult.

I don't have experience with Aweber, but from the brief scan I took of their site it looks like they create javascript or html snippets to embed in your pages, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    Cena
