targeting keywords

I have been working hard with SEO for my site. I hope by the next PR update I can be a pr4 or pr5 if I keep working hard.

Anyways I have been trying to get on the first page for the keyword "Computer Support"
Is that a big goal? Type it in at google and tell me? Should I try it? I was going to re-write my page to include a lot of that keyword but should I or should I try another?

Whats a good tool to tell how many times a keyword is searched in google every day or monthly?

Just need some help targeting some keywords.

"Computer Support"? I don't recall that being an affiliate program of ours.

PageRank goals are silly, as that number doesn't mean anything. Rand explains a client of his who obsessed over it.
