Tracker - not tracked status

I was wondering what those "Not Tracked - Player cannot be found " statuses means exactly and how can it be fixed?
What went wrong in the signup process?

Hey RBacero,

Brian informed me of the following situation in which trackers will receive this label:

(1) Poker room informs us the player cannot be found in their database with information provided.

(2) obvious spam

(3) Incorrect account identifier submitted (we have no way of matching up the tracker)

Feel free to open up a ticket if you notice any specific issues.

Incorrect account identifier submitted (we have no way of matching up the tracker) this is the most common. They tend to put in username even though it says Account Identifier

I've looked through sign-ups. It seems there are a lot of trackers with the status NOT Tracked - cannot find username. Any ideeas on how to make those trackers Confirmed-Tracked?

Just talked to CS. If you notice issues with the tracking status, please submit a ticket and CS will look into the situation.
