Carbon Poker stats not updating since Christmas?

Hey Gonzo -- was wondering if ChipSplit has been in touch with you guys over why stats haven't been migrated over and updated to my PAS backend since Christmas? Chris told me a lot of the staff was off for the next few days so I was hoping you might know something and could PM me when you get a chance about it. I would bother Atil about it but he hasn't been online either and probably will be off through the New Year I'm sure.

Glad you noticed the change.

We made sure the stats were updated as of yesterday. Thanks for the post and please be sure to let us know if you notice any additional issues. As you said, much of the PAS staff is away until next Tuesday but there is enough of us around this week to address certain issues.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Because this is a slow period for the poker industry, much of the staff uses the Christmas through New Years Period to use vacation time. I have passed on the message to Accounting that you have noticed that stats haven't been updated, but I can not guarantee that this will be resolved before Tuesday. I'll be sure to pass on information in this thread when I receive it.

Yea I emailed Jordan and got no reply and no direct report sent to me for December stats. I haven't been updated since December 27th/28th or something....not a great way to start off the new year. Regardless of most of the staff being off there should be someone around to answer direct emails for concerns like this.
