Carbon Poker stats not updating since Christmas?

First of all, we want to apologize for the unfortunate delay in resolving this issue. We are very aware of the importance of daily stats for our publishers and understand the frustration in this thread.

Tech is working on fixing the problem as we speak and are being told that each of the importers affected are being fixed/will be fixed within the next 24 hours. Most of the importer issues appear to be related to a problem around Christmas with our importer server, which apparently resulted in some broken importers. As indicated by the thread, we didn't realize the scope of the importer issues until late last week.

Stats for January 2nd and beyond should now be working as normal. Tech is working on a fix for the missing stats from December 24th to January 1st.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvienence this delay has caused. I will update the thread again when tech passes on that the issues have been completely resolved.

Wednesday mid-day update: WPT Poker, Betsafe and Carbon are updated for December 24th-January 1st. Tech is currently working on fixing the issues that remain for the other importers. The fix is turning out to be more laborious process than we first realized. We appreciate everyone's patience while we get everything back to normal. I'll continue to update this thread as appropriate.

Thursday update: All importers except for Bodog and Cake should be fixed. Please let us know if you happen to notice any issues.

are you sure? all my Coralpoker player ( more than 100 registered) stop all game 21.12.2011

all stop same day,and no one has since been playing

Thanks for the post. I'll ask about the status of Coral Poker.

I was able to double check that the Coral importer has been working correctly and is current through yesterday. Looking closer at your Coral players, I can't find much evidence that player activity and/or stats stopped on 21.12.2011. There's a small percentage with non-zero MGR past this date and into the new year. Respecting confidentiality, I can't link this data here, but you're more than welcome to open a support ticket if you still feel something is awry and we can take another look.
