I have a question about the refferal program.

For example is the 4% comission for a player taken from the 5% of the publisher? Those that mean that a player reffered by someone ends the publisher with only 1% from MGR? Or the 4% ( example) has no relation to the commision of the publisher...?

Referral earnings are deducted from a publisher's earnings. Note that the RAF program is optional.
