Default User Support Frequently Asked Questions

I already have an account at ______. How can I get rakeback?

Use your own wording, I'm only going to give you the clear answer but conform it to your site as best you can.

Full Tilt - Full Tilt Poker will not move a player to an affiliate under any circumstances.

Poker Stars Poker Stars does not offer rakeback to any players or affiliates.

Cake Poker - We can get them moved if they did not use an affiliate. If they used an affiliate Power Poker is next best. All Cake Poker skins follow this same policy except Red Star although depending on the situation it may be better for the player to move skins. For example an EU player is playing at Cake, you may want to sell them on Power Poker if it is to their benefit to play on an EU licensed site.

Absolute Poker/Ultimate Bet - We can get them moved if they signed up less than 30 days ago without using an affiliate. If they don't qualify there they can sign up on the other skin. If the player has old accounts at both we can't get them moved.

Carbon/Poker Nordica/Players Only - We can get players that did not use an affiliate (or a free bankroll) moved. If they used an affiliate then they can sign up for another skin to receive rakeback.

Boss Media - All skins will retag.

True Poker - If the player is 30+ days inactive and did not use an affiliate they will move them.

NoiQ - We can move players not connected to an affiliate.

Fat Bet Poker - They will move players that did not use an affiliate but a majority of players used one.

PKR - If a player has never deposited they can use our bonus code. There is a chance they will retag a player for rakeback if they did not use another affiliate.

Bodog - We cannot get any player moved, Bodog offers no rakeback to new players as of June 2010, so there is little reason to move them regardless.

    Other popular question:

    Q. I just got a new computer and get rakeback at through you. Do I need to download the software through your links?

    A. Your account is tracked to rakeback, not your computer. You can play on any computer without using our links once your account is tracked to us.

    Q. Cake Poker (or skin) no longer deducts anything from MGR but I have negative rakeback, how is this possible?

    A. While players no longer have deductions from MGR affiliates do. Affiliates have bonuses, deposit fees and cash promos deducted. This means that our stats will not match player stats. To see official rakeback stats, the ones you get paid from, go to My Account/VIP Status in Cake Poker's software.

    Q. I got a free bankroll at ______. How do I get rakeback

    A. When you sign up for any free bankroll service your affiliate gets paid a one time fee to sign you up. This seeds your bankroll. The affiliate never gets paid another dime off your play ever again. This makes it impossible to get you rakeback because it comes from revenue share which we do not get off your free bankroll account. It will be impossible for you to get rakeback at _______. (If the poker room is on a network then suggest another skin(s).

    Q. I did not get rakeback at last month. Why not?

    A. Boss Media requires that you earn at least 100 MGR in your currency (usually Euros) to get paid rakeback in a month.

Another common question is about negative days. Each situation will be different. In almost all cases you will need to come to me so I can look the player up. These are the most common questions. There are more and if you get asked different ones a lot please let us know so we can add them.

When and how are promotions paid?
Monthly rake promotions are paid out after the 15th of the month, typically around the 20th - 25th of the month depending on the room and network. Payments are made to the players' poker account unless otherwise noted.

When does my rakeback get paid?
PKR Poker - On or about the 5th for previous month

Betfair Poker - 1st and 3rd Thursday for 1st/2nd half of month

Absolute Poker - On or about the 15th for the previous month

Ultimate Bet Poker - On or about the 15th for the previous month

    Cake Poker/Power Poker/Red Star Poker/Doyles Room/Victory Poker - Thursday for previous Wednesday-Tuesday

Poker Heaven/Fortune Poker/Paradise Poker/Interpoker - On or about 5th for previous months provided player raked 100 of that room's currency which is usually Euros. Payments have been known to have been made as early as the 1st. If the player does not rake 100 they don't get paid anything and it does not carryover.

NoiQ Poker - Every Friday for previous Friday-Thursday

Cellsino Poker/Minted Poker - Every Monday for previous Sunday-Saturday

    Carbon Poker/Players Only/Nordica/Gr88 Poker/Overbet - Daily

You really have to send this to me as it could be anything. At FTP they deduct bonuses, overlays, points spent and processing fees. At AP/UB it could be a bonus but almost always it is a U.S. deposit fee. I have to look these up one by one, without the raw stats it is impossible to know.

Yes, if a player played in a 1000 player freeroll with a $1000 prize pool $1 would be deducted from MGR for a player net loss of $.27.
