Inserting Table for Poker Room Reviews

I have a pretty basic page set up at the moment with the default WordPress Theme: iPokerQuote | Get your poker edge, today!

Was wondering how do you insert a basic looking table (on the right hand side of every page) where I can insert these columns: poker room names, bonus, US players allowed, reviews.

Thanks for following up on this Craig. But I just switched to hosting my site with PAS so will be using your themes. Won't have any more problems with tables. Cheers
