I think mobile really - there's a loot of buzz surrounding it now so I think I should focus more on that cos it's something I haven't even touched upon!

I'm rebuilding my main site that contains like 75+ hours worth of videos and moving it all over to Amazon Cloudfront Distribution. It took me a few days to get everything up and running, but I'm really happy that I did. 45:00-1:00:00 long videos start playing within seconds and unlike normal http:// streaming such as YouTube, there is no buffering. Users can jump back and forth to the 30 minute mark, 20, 45, back to 10. All of this is pretty much instant. If you are bored and want to check it out you can see some at Trikkur 10 - 200NL at Full Tilt Poker | Small Stakes Poker Training The big downside is these videos are not playable on most mobile devices so I need to figure out a way to get backup videos to play on mobiles.

I'm also turning each video page into full length articles in an effort to get long tail traffic from Google. It is taking me a lot of time to re-watch all of the videos and write articles, but I think it will have a lot of upsides. Not only should my traffic increase because of Google, but I feel like the article makes it more personal and with the more custom CTA, I think I can increase conversion.

I am running into some issues integrating some simple PAS stuff into WordPress though. Anyone here have any experience with this? I found a cool WP-PAS plugin, but it doesn't work and the owner's website is down.

It's unfortunate that this popular contribution to the community is no longer working. I have experience with the PAS API, and some with WordPress, but not in writing WP plugins directly (yet!). I might be able to help.
