Default Eurobet will close on 30/09/2011

It seems like all accounts will be terminated. Players are pointed to coral.co.uk which seems the same thing with different name.

Any informations what will happen with our commission are players we brought them now lost for us?

    Some more information...

As we already know, Eurobet will be closing and focusing on their Coral Poker brand starting September 30th. The good news is that Coral Poker would like to continue to work with PAS with the same exact deal that we currently provide to Eurobet players. Unfortunately for affiliates, this is not as smooth of a transition as we would like. The migration will have to be quite manual in nature and will require some communication with your players. To complicate matters, Coral Poker affiliate accounts can not be created for another week due to a multi-currency implementation.

    Options for Affiliates

In short, this leaves affiliates with two primary options right now:

    1) Inform your players of BetSafe as a reliable and attractive alternative to Eurobet. The deal is VERY similar to the Eurobet offer.
    2) Instruct your players to continue to play on Eurobet until a time when they can be given the new Coral Poker sign-up link, which should be available in a week. Players have until September 30th to play on Eurobet.

    Action Plan Details:

    BetSafe:

--Recommend Betsafe to players as an alternative to Eurobet with a very similar deal
--Up to 50% Revenue Share for affiliates
    --VIP Program
    --100% up to $2,000 Sign-up Bonus
--$8,000 Monthly Exclusive PAS Points Race
    --DeucesCracked Free Poker Coaching
--$125,000 in Monthly Standard Races for September

    Coral Poker:

--Inform players that they can continue to play on Eurobet until they receive notice in a week that the new Coral accounts are created
--Coral Poker sign-ups will be available in one week
    --45%+ Revenue Share for affiliates
--Retags will be supported (in the case of your Eurobet players signing up for the new site directly)
--Players can send affiliates their Coral information and be retagged when affiliate accounts are created.
--All points, VIP level etc will be transferred over to the new account
--Players that transfer from Eurobet to Coral will also receive a free $10 and a choice of one of two sign-up offers: $10 deposit for $25 bonus or 100% up to $1,000.

    Important: Final Tips

How you decide to take advantage of this situation will need to be up you as an affiliate. One bit of advice we can give is that we feel it is extremely important to connect with your Eurobet players during this time to explain the best options you have for them.

If you would like PAS to send your players mailers, please let us know ASAP. We will make these as soon as possible, based on interest level. We plan on promoting BetSafe as a primary option while also giving instructions to players who prefer to remain with Coral Poker.

    Guljo,

Yeah, its a bit of an annoyance but it could definitely be worse. There is a lot of information here so hopefully everything makes sense. Please let us know if you need anything or have any questions. We will be sure to provide any updates -- especially when the Coral Poker affiliate account is created -- as soon as we become aware of them.

Update: The Coral Poker affiliate account has been created but we have been advised by Coral to wait until multi-currency is fully implemented next week. We are sending emails to publishers tomorrow morning with further instruction:

Steps of the Eurobet-Coral Poker transition
    1. PAS will inform you that the new affiliate account is 100% ready to go (this should be next week)
    2. You will need to request the deal and add it to your website
    3. If you opted in to the PAS Eurobet mailer program, please let us know that you have added the offer.
    4. Inform your Eurobet players of the transition and highlight the following points:

Players will receive the exact same deal they had at Eurobet; transfer of VIP Points and status level can be done when contacting Coral Poker; $10 Free and a 100% up to $1,000 sign-up bonus is available to all players; a $10k PAS Points Race is coming in October.

Note: If a player signed up to Coral Poker before you gave them the new sign-up instructions, they can be retagged by contacting you with their Coral Poker info.

Did you get a 100% confirmation from them that other currencies will be added this week ? I heard different from players.

Also since it is only 11 days until closure it would be smart to not wait much longer since most of the players have alredy cashed out by now and risk of loosing those are higher every day...

    Milf Hunter,

They are still telling us that it should be implemented by the end of this week. I've been around long enough to know we can't be 100% sure (especially when we don't have control over whether it happens or not) but they seem pretty confident. We're very aware of the quickly approaching deadline and the urgency of the matter. I can assure you this is #1 on the priority list of many of us and you will know almost immediately when everything is ready.

We will send out a mailer to publishers very shortly after we receive word. You can also subscribe to this thread so you get an immediate update.

We are pleased to announce that the Coral Poker PAS affiliate account has been created with currency choices in the dollar, euro, pound or Swedish Kronor. Publishers can immediately enable Coral Poker on their site by going to the bonuses section in the publisher admin under the “Rakeback” tab.

For much more in-depth information, check out our latest blog post.

    Thanks for your patience.
