What do I need to update?

Stock Sites

If you have not edited your promotions page in the past you probably won't need to do a thing. Just look over your website to ensure that any banners you have are accurate and your links are up to date and working fine.

Customized Sites

You can either use code below as needed or open promotions > promotions and click "Restore to Default". This will give you all the correct links to the existing promotions. Once you do that, Use the pages in promotions > descriptions to translate or add your custom content. Editing only within the Descriptions and emails folders will ensure you always receive automatic updates.

CMS Pages Overview

promotions >
This folder now contains most of the files needed for displaying your promotion info. The root of this folder contains one file for each and every poker room that has a promotion associated with it. Each of these files contains only a few lines of code. These files contain only a title and include statements for each relevant leaderboard and description. This should mean that non English PAS websites will not have to customize these pages at all and therefore will always recieve updates!

promotions > archives >
This folder contains the leaderboards for promotions that occurred the previous month. The list at the top of the page contains anchor links that act as a shortcut to the leaderboards listed below. If you edit this page be careful not to alter the include syntax in any way.

promotions > descriptions >
This folder contains descriptions for each of the four promotion types as well as a description for the promotions page. These pages are safe to fully customize. The contents of each will be called from each promo page (see above) that offers that type of promotion. These pages contain a short description of how each promotion type works and include relevant details that are generic enough to apply to multiple websites. The sign up link will redirect visitors to your offers page.

promotions > freeroll_emails >
The contents of these files will automatically be sent to all qualifying freeroll participants. Be carefull not to edit any {{ tokens }} in this file.

promotions > promotions
This page contains a table listing all current promotions. If you do not alter this page it will automatically update. If you do customize this page you will want to review it every month and make updates when necessary. This simple table structure contains links to all the promotions pages where the leaderboards are listed. The introduction is called from the Descriptions folder.

navigation > promos_widget
This optional page contains a complete listing of available promotions that can be added to your sidebar. You can use this by adding the following code to your layout > layout.html file:

How does it look like with InterPoker January $3,000 private PAS rake race?

In this thread it is mentioned in the list of promos for the month of January and in the code we should use on our websites it is written too. But in the promos we import through API it is not and after I have checked raketracker website, this promo is missing there too.

I have already sent there some players (one of them big) with recommendations because of this race with great value based on its last months results, so I hope it really runs also in January, because I will not be very happy to lose trust of this player...

Can you please confirm that this race really runs in January to calm me down?
