    Default PAS Servers Down

PAS servers are down until approximately midnight eastern time US which is a little over an hour after this post time. There was an unexpected outage that we are aware of and tech is working on it as I type this. This affects all hosted websites as well as publisher login areas. Thank you for your patience.

    Daiane,

We're having a problem with the service that processes stat imports since the maintenance took place, which should be resolved tomorrow morning.

Update: the problem has now been resolved. Just to confirm, have your stats been updated?

I have multiple sites that are down. I have to assume this means PAS servers have crashed? Can we get an update on how long this might last?

    Hi Trikkur,

You may have have experienced some increased database latency during a recent server maintenance task. The server(s) are otherwise running normally, and it appears your website(s) are up. Could you check again and confirm this is true?

They are working now. I believe this may have actually been my fault earlier as well. I think I was blocking the the PAS IP addresses that serves the subdomains.
