    Default PAS Payment Processing Notice

    From the Accounting Department...

    Dear PAS Publishers:

Several of our valued members have contacted us recently regarding delayed processing times. Given the current industry climate, facilitating prompt payments has become a greater challenge as more restrictions have been placed on funds movement and many operators have chosen to delay their processing times and restrict processing amounts. While we always strive to process payments as quickly as possible to each of our customers, we have unfortunately been experiencing longer than anticipated delays in processing for some payment methods.

We are committed to upholding our reputation as a reliable and trustworthy industry partner. In an effort to communicate realistic processing windows, we will be extending our payment processing time to thirty days. Please note that you will experience little to no change from the recent processing times, as payments for the last several months have processed between 0 – 30 days, rather that we are simply updating the policy to provide a more accurate description of current processing expectations. Carbon Poker, Cake Poker and Moneybookers will continue to remain our faster processing methods available, while checks and bankwires may take up to the thirty day maximum. We are also pleased to announce that the long-awaited Neteller option will be made available on Dec 10th, giving you another option for receiving your payment.

We would like to express our gratitude for your understanding and patience while we continue to navigate the current industry climate. As always, PAS is dedicated to ensuring our publishers’ success and is committed to compensating them for their efforts. We are proud that we have always been one of the leading affiliate solutions for processing timely and dependable payments to our publishers, and ask for your continued support while we continue to strive for excellence delivering these same services going forward.

something went terribly wrong understanding, formerly MB Up withdrawal was 10 days, now in Processing Time: Up to 30 Days.

Last affiliates complained UP witdrawal 10 days, and you promised to improve things.
what happened? you made it a disaster

    Rakelable,

As mentioned in our statement, you will notice little to no change from recent processing times. We simply want to communicate our cashout policy to more accurately describe current processing times. Moneybookers, as well as Cake and Carbon transfers, will remain our fastest payment methods. Our desire to strive to improve processing times has not changed.

Still PAS should make different timeframes for different methods and make that clear for members. if Moneybookers is processed faster like you say, it should say up to 10 days so members can see this while bankwire for example should say up to 30 days. Members don`t read this forum and in their eyes all they see now is "up to 30 days" on every method which is terrible for them now (after they were expecting positive changes).

I understand that options like bankwire and checks take much longer than most of other methods and I don`t mind waiting longer for some cashouts, but to make this policy for all other cashout options and show that to our members is crazy.

I already see even more complaints coming because of this...

If the 10th falls on a weekend payments are released on Monday.

A couple updates related to this month's commissions:

--Due to some last minute adjustments by Party Poker, Party CPA commissions are currently delayed but are scheduled to be released on December 15th.
--Tower Gaming commissions are also delayed as some technical details need to be confirmed after their recent transition to the Cake Poker Network

    Thanks for your patience
