Managed to get a link on a PR6 site but not sure if thats the whole reason for our improved PR or not.

Friend is webmaster of the site and just got him to stick a link there, trying to persuade him to stick more links around, will that help?

That will look suspicious to the search engines, but I'm no expert on SEO lol just my opinion after what others have said in forums
