I have problems with Carbon poker. I was playing there and got disconected from their client for about 12 hours, so I asked for money refund. After 10 emails, explaining, sending print screen etc, I got this email:

Please be informed that you need to contact support@chipsplit.com in relation to that case. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
and
Hi Tadej,
Thank you for contacting us.
Chipsplit.com is the new affiliate website for CarbonPoker.com, formally PDCAffilaites.com. After discussing your case with the team, they have requested that you contact them directly.
So I wrote them email and got response:
Hello Tadej,
Please contact CabonPoker customer service for this issue.

Yeah, it is kind of funny, but email I got today!!!
Dear Tadej,
Thank you for contacting us. I have spoken with Cory from ChipSplit. you were asked to contact them as you had said in previous emails that you were the owner of Pokeraffiliatesolutions.com.
Cory has double checked and he has confirmed that you are not the owner. Our initial decision on this matter is final. The tournament issues you had were not suffered during any downtime on our sites and as a result no refunds will be given.
Now this is hilarious. I mean, I am really owner of PAS (would you take me in your team guys)? I never wrote that in any of my emails, so any idea what to write back? Do they just make fun of me, or what is that?
