If you are a Party Poker or WPT Poker affiliate, you have likely seen the benefits of increased interest in the poker room from promotions such as World Domination, Gladiator and Card Rush. With the introduction of the Championship Challenge on Monday, Party Poker is introducing it's latest cash-based promotion that is sure to be of interest and line the pockets of your valued members from now through the end of June. About the $100,000 Championship Challenge The promotion works much in the same way World Domination has in previous months, so if you are familiar with that promotion, you should have no problem understanding the Championship Challenge. Instead of cities and countries, players earn one "Football Player" for every 10 Party Points that are accumulated during the promotion period. Like World Domination, only a certain number of Football Player game pieces are awarded, so players are encouraged to get rolling on the promotion as soon as possible if they are interested (there are still 3.3 million left so not that much rush). Players can earn up to 100 Football Player game pieces per day. The football players will feature prizes ranging from freeroll entries (a $1k freeroll entry for the Italy Striker, for example) to cash prizes up to $20 (the Poland Goalkeeper). Not all football players will yield instant prizes, but they will contribute to "Team" prizes. The prizes increase when completing Teams -- four players from a country. Earn the entire England team and receive $50; earn all the Poland players to receive a $1,200 prize. There are over a dozen additional countries that players can complete that will yield prizes ranging from $75 to $900. The prizes don't stop there, however. Earn all four countries in a group to receive huge prizes ranging from $1,000 to $7,000, depending on the group. If a player manages to complete all four groups, Party Poker will award an incredible $100,000 cash prize. Championship Challenge Freerolls Many of the instant Football Player prizes that are awarded by Party Poker are freeroll entries ranging from $1,000 to $10,000. These freerolls will be held after the promotion from July 5th to July 8th. Marketing the Party Poker Championship Challenge If you have Party Poker members that have registered through your sites, make sure they are aware of this promotion through social media, news posts, front page features, mailers or any other high visibility marketing channels. The benefits of this promotion combined with VIP rakeback up to 50% can be unbeatable. New players can also take part in a 100% up to $500 sign-up bonus and of course, all players can currently enjoy the exclusive $20,000 Tournament Fever Series running through May.
The PAS Exclusive Promotions for the month of May have now been posted in the forum. Check out a full list of the $300,000 plus in exclusive promotions here. Often when there are new promotions introduced, there can be some confusion so I wanted to explain some of the newer promotions in a bit more depth. Party Poker Tournament Fever Series: The Party Poker Tournament Fever Series is back for a third round. The first event will be held on May 8th, and like the previous Fever Series events, will be a mix of No Limit Hold'em, Pot Limit Omaha, Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo and Stud. What's different this month is that two of the events will award WSOP entries to the top 4 finishers. Event #6 (May 15th) and Event #9 (May 20th) will award 1 $750 WSOP Satellite entry and 3 $80 WSOP Satellite Qualifiers. All events will either be $500 freerolls or will add $500-$1,000 to the prize pool. A $8,000 Tournament Fever Series Leaderboard will award top Leaderboard Point earners over the 13 events. A full schedule will be posted shortly on PAS. Party Poker Tournament Fever Series Event #13 Event #13 is a new twist on the Tournament Fever Series and something you should begin promoting to your Party Poker players. The tournament is a $4,000 freeroll only open to the top 100 Party Point earners from May 1st to May 22nd. Of course, this presents an advantage for any player in the Tournament Fever Series leaderboard, so make sure your higher volume players are aware of this promotion. Party Poker $10 Free Tournament Ticket The first 200 first time depositors will receive $10 in tournament dollars to be used on any multi-table tournament on Party Poker. The buy-in Tournament Fever series events present a great opportunity for players to use these tickets. Supplies are limited so make sure your players are aware of this ticket opportunity to encourage deposits. Poker Heaven €5,000 Rake Race After a month absence, the Poker Heaven €5,000 Rake Race returns. Paying cash prizes of €20 to €800 to the top 50 rakers, this race has been relatively easy for players to place. Players must opt-in to the Player Zone to participate. This exclusive €5,000 Rake Race will compliment the €5,000 standard races running on Poker Heaven from May 7th-May 11th, May 14th-18th and May 21st-25th. Cake Poker $60,000 Rake Race For the last two months Cake Poker has offered a $100,000 standard points race. We're pleased to report that the $60,000 exclusive Rake Race is back for May. The leaderboard will be split into $15,000 weekly races running from May 1st-8th, May 8th-15th, May 15th-22nd and May 22nd-30th. PAS publishers just got another reason to promote Coral Poker during March. Each month, as a service to PAS publishers, I gather online poker promotions from sites that partner with PAS and post them in our forum. These promotions are standard promotions not to be confused with the PAS exclusive promotions that eclipse $300,000 each month. In my latest installment -- a mid-month update -- I was surprised by the number of online poker rooms offering huge rake race promotions, many of them exclusive to their site (not shared with other network rooms). Because these cash-based promotions are quite popular with the players we promote to, I thought it would be helpful to give you run down of what is currently out there. Titan Poker - $20,000 Titan Time Throughout October, Titan Poker is offering two sets of 3-day races for cash game and tournament players. Each leaderboard of the Titan Time race pays the top 40 players cash prizes of $10 to $500. Next Race/Currently Running: $2,500 Cash races run from October 17th to October 19th and October 24th to October 26th; Tournament Races run from October 21st to October 23rd and October 28th to October 30th. Rake Races at Titan Poker: I don't recall seeing this race in the past, but Titan Poker is known to not shy away from cash-based races. Mansion Poker- Tournament Power Races: The October Race at Mansion is a tournament-based race, with a leaderboard determined by Mansion Points earned from tournaments. The leaderboard will pay cash prizes of $5 to $300 for the top 30 players during each promo period. Next Race/Currently Running: October 21st to October 24th and October 28th to October 31st Rake Races at Mansion Poker: It's common to see $5k-$10k races at Mansion, but I've never seen one in this variety. William Hill - $100,000 Over the Limit Promotion This is one of the largest races I have ever seen from William and currently one of the largest in online poker. The races will be divided into four leaderboard by stake levels and will be run in three "cyles" that cash pay cash prizes to the top 20-100 players, depending on the leaderboard stake level. Next Race: None currently running, but this collection of huge races will get underway October 31st and run until November 13th followed by races run from November 14th to November 27th and November 28th to December 11th: Rake Races at William Hill William Hill has traditionally been very generous with their promotion offerings but they haven't offered as many Points Races of late. Betfred - $10,000 Cash Dash Betfred is great about offering medium-sized cash races almost every month. During October, they are providing players with $5,000 Cash Races during two weekly periods. The leaderboards are divided into four buy-in ranges and pay cash prizes of $20-$350 to the top 5-15 players in each group. Next Race: A race running from October 17th to October 23rd; the second race of the month gets underway on October 24th GMT and runs until the end of the month. Rake Races at Betfred: Expect $10,000 a month in rake races each month at Betfred. Coral Poker - $10,000 Points Race This was Coral Poker's first month of the post-Eurobet era and the site celebrated this month with a $10,000 Points Race. It's unknown at this time whether the race will continue. Next Race: October Points Race currently running. Rake Races at Coral Poker: Unknown Betfair - $60,000 Natural Born Grinders/$50,000 Raked Hand Race Betfair is certainly within the top 20% of online poker rooms when it comes to the size of thei races they offer each month. In addition to the Natural Born Grinders Race that is running through December 7th (which PAS players receive an additional 20% in prizes), Betfair also holds a Raked Hand Race on a monthly basis. This month's prize pool is $50,000 and pays cash prizes to the top 100-150 players in three stake levels. Next Race: Natural Born Grinders runs from October 7th to December 1st; the Raked Hand Race started October 18th and will commence on November 7th. Rake races at Betfair: The Natural Born Grinder and Raked Hand Races have become staples of the site. Betsafe - $125,000 Races Straight to the point: I really love the races from Betsafe Poker. Not only are they HUGE, but they have offered them virtually every month for as long as I can remember. The leaderboards are split between the first and second half of the month and pay the top 100 race point earners cash prizes of $100 to $7,500. If you are going to heavily promote one race, I'd recommend this one. Next Race: The second $60,000 Points Race started October 17th and I'm sure we can expect another one in November. Rake Races at Betsafe: Every month RedKings - $75,000 Points Race The race from Red Kings is a bit difficult to understand at first. Players must stay in the top 120 point earners for 3 consecutive days and then they will win a prize based on their position over those three days. After winning a prize, you can start another three-day cycle for another prize. Rinse and repeat. An obvious benefit is that you can choose to join the race whenever you want with no harm. Next Race: Running all month long, in three day cycles. Rake Races at Red Kings: These races have made regular appearances at RedKings in recent months. RedStar Poker - $30,000 Rake Race RedStar calls this promotion a Rake Race, but it's actually a Rake Chase. The promotion pays prizes of $3 to $2,000 to players when hitting 1 of 15 rake milestones. Next Race: Currently running Rake Races at RedStar Poker: Rake chases have been offered at RedStar for the last few months. Minted Poker/RaiseandFold - $10,000 Monthly Races In these shared promotions, Minted Poker usually offers two different types of races split into two periods during the month: a $4,000 Points Race and a $1,000 Raked Hand Race. Leaderboards generally run from the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the end of the month. The points race pays the top 20 players prizes of $40-$960 while the Raked Hand race pays the top 15 players $20-$250. This is one of the largest Points Races Minted and RaiseandFold have offered for awhile. Next Race: October 16th-October 31st promotion period is currently running Rake Races at Minted/RaiseandFold: Expect this promotions every month, with varying prize pool amounts. Poker Heaven/Paradise/Interpoker/Fortune Poker - €25,000 Rake Race In most months, these rooms offer separate promotions but this month they have teamed up with a huge shared promotion, with a leaderboard that is paying cash prizes of €25 to €6,000 to the top 100 rake earners. At PokerHeaven, the prize pool is doubled. Next Race: October 16th-October 23rd Rake Race is currently running Rake Races at Boss Network rooms: The race currently running is a special that I'm not sure we can expect to see in future months. Generally, Poker Heaven offers their own medium sized race, while Fortune Poker and Interpoker run smaller contests. NoiQ Poker - €80,000 Points Race Without fail, NoiQ Poker offers €80,000 in Points Races every month. The Rake Races at NoiQ Poker are divided into four weekly periods paying cash prizes of €25 to €1,850 to the top VIP Point earners. Next Race: The October 16th-24th promo period is currently running; the next one revs up on October 24th. Rake Races at NoiQ Poker: Rake chases have been offered at RedStar for the last few months.
