Can I sign up for Rakeback at my own site? Yes you can absolutely sign up for any available offer at your existing site!

How can I offer a higher rakeback percentage to my players? Many sites strictly enforce maximum percentages that cannot be exceeded. Such rules are strictly enforced and Poker Affiliate Solutions cannot tolerate any Rakeback Sites not adhering to them. We will continue to offer the maximums allowed on our offers but cannot increase them for you.

Can I offer a particular promotion or bonus in additional rakeback to my players? If a poker site is offering a bonus or promotion to all its players then your players will qualify when the sign up. You may promote these offers as long as you represent their terms accurately. If you have questions about a particular offer or promotion please contact publishers@pokeraffiliatesolutions.com

Why do some offers only appear when I am logged in to my Rakeback Site? Some sites have strictly enforced policies about how rakeback can be advertised for their site. Poker Affiliate Solutions complies with all policies regarding advertisement of rakeback and in a few cases this results in offers only being viewable when logged in.

Can my players sign up for rakeback at a poker site where they already have an account? In the majority of cases the answer to this is a definitive no. However, we encourage you to contact us at support@pokeraffiliatesolutions.com to discuss options for your players. In many cases there are alternative poker sites that have the same player base where a new rakeback account can be obtained. Also, in rare cases, a poker site may be offering rakeback to existing players under specified conditions.

Rakeback Referral Questions

What is a Tiered Referral method? A tier system means that percentages will be awarded based on the amount of MGR that is accumulated. For example, 3% of MGR may be awarded if total MGR accumulated is over $15,000, but 4% of MGR if the total accumulate is over $50,000.

What is a Flat Referral Method? A flat system means that the same percentage is awarded regardless of total MGR accumulated.

How can I add a new offer? Please visit Adding A New Offer for simple instructions.

Can my new PAS Rakeback site be made to look like my existing poker site? We are happy to match your existing color scheme, navigation system and logos to your new site within reason. Although we cannot always guarantee a perfect match, this service is currently free and available to all sign-ups.

What happens to existing sign-ups if I change my offers? If a player signs up for 20% at UB, then you change the offer to 25%, all new signups will get calculated at 25%. If you want all your players at 25% you will have to go in and manually change each player, or you can email us and ask us to change ALL of your players at site X to Y%.

Can I change the order of my offer listings? Yes you can, visit Changing offers order for detailed information.

Why do some Rakeback offers have ? marks next to them? Some Poker Sites require that rakeback only be advertised in certain ways in connection with their site. We have taken care to honor the policies of all the sites we work with, and in some cases this means that explicit percentages must be replaced with question marks in certain areas of your site.

I have added an offer but do not see it, why is it not appearing on my site? First check your site panel (see Viewing Offer Percentages )to ensure that the offer is enabled and public. Some sites cannot be public and will be displayed as such. In these cases only users who are already registered and logged in can view the full details of the offers.

Can I raise the percentages of rakeback I am giving to my players? You can adjust the Default Percentages that control how rakeback is distributed to both you and your players by Editing Offers. However many offers are capped, meaning that the poker site restricts how much rakeback can be returned to players. In these cases you will not be able to raise the rates above the allowed limits.

How do I add an additional website to my Account? You may add as many websites as you wish to your Poker Affiliate Solutions Account. To do so:

  1. Log in to your site administration panel
  2. Click on "Sites" on the top navigation bar.
  3. Click on the "Add a new website here" link at the top of the page.
  4. Simply follow the instructions in the three step process to complete your new addition.
  5. Your new site will be accessible from all areas of the administration panel. Once you add an additional site you will be prompted to select the site you wish to edit settings for in applicable administration areas.

Rakeback Site Customization

My new skin doesn't look right, can it be fixed for me? If there are any display problems with your skin before you customize it we will be happy to correct these errors. Please inform the design department at cbauer@pokeraffiliatesolutions.com. If you have customized your site you will have to use the Revision History to revert to an earlier revision where the problem did not occur.

How can I change the content of my site? You can use the Content Management System to customize many aspects of your site.

How can I translate my site to a different language? Please visit the Translation Guide for a detailed explanation.

Can I integrate my existing user base/signup system into my new rakeback site? In most cases we will be happy to assist you with this. Please email publishers@pokeraffiliatesolutions.com for assistance.

Can I upload images to my site? Although we do not currently allow users to upload image files themselves, we will be happy to upload any images to your custom images directory for you and assist you with linking to them from your site. Please send all file upload requests to cbauer@pokeraffiliatesolutions.com. You can also link to images from a different server location for your site.

Can I add a Rakeback Calculator or other application to my site? We do not currently provide any calculators for site owners. However you may feel free to add any Javascript based applications to your site, and can do so via the content management system. If you have any custom applications developed for you, please be sure they are done in Javascript.

Can I add a forum or blog to my site? We do not currently offer forum support. However, you may wish to host a forum on a sub-domain on a different server, and link to and from it from your rakeback page. Raketracker.com is a great example of how this can be done, you can view the vbulleting powered forum at: http://forum.pokeraffiliatesolutions.com/.

There is a limited news function that can be used for blog like articles on your skin. This comes with an simple control panel utility that can be accessed from your Administration Panel. You may learn more about it here: News Management System.

Design Questions

Who are the PAS Designers? Currently the PAS Design Department is staffed by just two hard working developers. Craig and Mark have over 20 years of website development experince between them and can be regularily found in the Community Forum, answering questions and participating in affiliate design discussions and strategy.

How do I contact the PAS Design Department? You can contact the design department by completing a quote request form, posting, or sending a private message to Craig or Mark in the Community Forum, or submitting a help desk ticket from website administration panel. We do our best to respond to all inquiries in one business day or less.

How much do design services cost? The design department's current rate is $75 USD per work hour. The design department will provide a custom quote for most services in which the project fee will be agreed to in advance of a project. In these cases the design department makes a good faith estimate of the time to complete a precisely defined project subsequent to a discussion with the buyer. The time required to complete a given project varies greatly dending on the needs and preferences of the buyer, therefore it is reccomended that you submit a quote request so that we can meet with you personally to discuss fees.

What design services should I consider purchasing? We actually do not recommend just throwing tens and thousands of dollars at site design, SEO, content generation etc for those who are relatively new to the industry.

Those who have the best success at PAS approach it as a business and work their way into steady growth by persistence, diversification and networking. It is definitely suggested that anyone who is making a large scale commitment consider long and short range realistic planning. For some users, making small investments while continuing to invest time into self education and meeting and chatting with others is best. Some users, on the other hand, can get a huge amount of mileage from a large start up investment.

We advise all the budding entrepreneurs at PAS to take the time to consider what they can afford in terms of time and capital, and how they can best allocate those resources. Finally, develop realistic goals that can be achieved from your investment.

How can I pay for Design Serivces? We accept payment via Paypal, and will also accept payments from our publishers via money transfers at the following poker rooms: Full Tilt Poker, Ultimate Bet, Cake Poker. If these payment methods will not work for you, please contact us to discuss alternative methods.

Sign up Questions

Why does PAS need my information? A PAS uses or information so that we can identify you in our customer database and so that we can provide you with service tailored to your individual needs. PAS will not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Is my contact information required? We do not require phone number or chat client contact information, however, we strongly advise that you provide us with at least one contact method other than email so that our customer services representatives can easily contact you.

What should I name my website? Give your website the name that you would like to appear on your website and in your administration Control Panel. Visitors to your website will see your website name, and this same name will distinguish between multiple website in your admin panel.

How do I login to PAS? If you have already created an account you can login anywhere on Poker Affiliate Solutions on the top login bar, or you can navigate to http://www.yoursite.com/admin/ where "www.yoursite.com" is the url of the website that you have create with PAS (be sure to include the trailing forward slash).

How do I add an additional website to my account? If you have already created an account, please do NOT create another account to add an addtitional website. Instead, please follow the instructions found in the Adding a New Website knowledgebase entry.

How can I get additional assistance? Please complate the contact form and we will respond as soon as possible .
